I 've been trying to lose weight for the past 6 years. Basically after I gave birth to my eldest son. Sucks... never really happen as my weight maintains the same. No losing and no gaining at all.
When I was having trouble with health. I got really frustrated and very unhappy. Guess what... by feeling unhappy constantly I lose weight. I lose 7 kilos at first. Since then..I got really motuivated. The doctor told me to do some basic exercise everyday to help me walk more. Doing them has also help me to lose more inches. It's amazing how fifteen minutes of your time everyday... can help to gain back yourself.
